what is Court Services?
Court Services is a state agency administered through the Office of Judicial Administration. Our purpose is to carry out the orders of the Court in a timely, professional and ethical manner consistent with community interests and safety. Some of the duties of Court Services Officers include supervision of offenders (both adult and juvenile offenders) who have been placed on probation, bond supervision, diversion supervision of juveniles, presentence investigations and completion of presentence reports as ordered by the Court, victim assistance and any other duties assigned by the Court. All of our officers are members of the Kansas Association of Court Services Officers and attend and maintain training in various aspects of the job on a regular basis. All officers are trained and certified in the LSI-R assessment tool and one officer is trained and certified to complete the juvenile YLS assessment tool. All officers strive to live within the Kansas Association of Court Services Officers Code of Ethics and Creed.

NORTHWEST KANSAS COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS & PAROLE
The 15th Judicial District partners with Northwest Kansas Community Corrections & Parole. Community Corrections is a state and local partnership which promotes public safety by providing highly structured community supervision to felony offenders. As part of the criminal justice system, NWKCC enhances public safety and reduces incarceration of offenders through evidence-based principles, organizational change and collaboration with community partnerships. NWKCC staff supervise all compact felony offenders for the 15th Judicial District.
