E-Filing

Effective November 1, 2016 all counties in the 15th Judicial District are mandatory e-filing counties. All licensed attorneys must file all new cases and documents with new or existing cases with the District Courts of the 15th Judicial District of Kansas, utilizing the Kansas Courts Electronic Filing System. For those attorneys not yet registered, please visit the Kansas Judicial Branch Website, https://www.kscourts.org/Ecourt/Kansas-Courts-eFiling for training and support. Transcript REquest Information

Transcript requests in the 15th Judicial District are governed under Administrative Order 24-5. Below are the standardized forms for the District. When Paper Forms are REquired

Clerks will accept paper forms from ONLY Self Represented Litigants and other agencies without access to the eFlex system. Documents will be file stamped, scanned and verified.
