Court Trustee
The 15th Judicial District Court Trustee is responsible for monitoring and enforcement of orders of financial support issued by the district courts of Cheyenne, Logan, Rawlins, Sherman, Sheridan, Thomas and Wallace counties. Non IV-D support enforcement services are provided at a charge of 4% of the amount collected.
The Office of the District Court Trustee is dedicated to enriching the financial lives of the children and families we serve by providing information, resources, reliable payment records, and fair enforcement of family support orders.

Department for Children and Families (DCF)
Department for Children and Families is the administrative agency for the State of Kansas that provides Title IV-D child support enforcement services. Child Support Services (CSS) automatically serves families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), food assistance, medical, foster care, and child care assistance. In cooperation with the Office of Judicial Administration, the DCF Child Support Services program oversees operations at the Kansas Payment Center.

Make a Payment
All support payments in Kansas are processed through the Kansas Payment Center (KPC). The KPC has resources and services for parents both paying and receiving support.
Orders of financial support in the 15th Judicial District are processed through the Court Trustee's Office.
If you qualify for Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Services, you will automatically receive a "Notice of IV-D Status" document in the mail.
