Legal Aid Days

The Kansas Judicial Branch and the 15th Judicial District offer legal aid to low-income Kansans through Kansas Legal Services. Attorneys will work remotely to give legal advice and provide extended services.

    • Advice is provided on non-criminal matters only, KLS cannot assist with criminal matters

    • Limited assistance with reviewing and drafting documents

    • Services based on each individual’s situation

    • Priority given to family law matters

    • Assistance with expungement available

    • Paper applications are available from your local Clerk of the District Court’s office
